TERMS OF SERVICE.

Prior to booking with us, all clients are required to pay a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. The deposit goes towards your total balance. The remaining 80% is due the day of your session. Please be mindful of any prior engagements you may have on the day of your session. We will not hold spots on the calendar if have not paid your deposit. Please plan accordingly.
Please arrive to your sessions ready to start. This means hair, makeup and wardrobe needs to be completed. If not, you will eat into your session time and it will not be extended.
RoseGarden Photography LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any client. We do our best to provide our clients with stellar customer service, respect and professionalism. However, if we deem a client to be problematic or unprepared, we may cancel your session. If this occurs, you will not receive a refunded deposit.
Lastly, have fun! The more relaxed you are, the better your photos will be. We are here to help you!
