FAQs

  • Yes, we require a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your session. The deposit is due at the time of booking. If the deposit is not paid, your session will not be added to our schedule.

  • Contracts are standard in the photography industry. Contracts help manage expectations, protect us as a company and you as a client, help prevent misunderstandings and miscommunication, and provides a point of reference for both parties. In order for your session to be confirmed, you must sign your contract. No contract, no session. There are no exceptions to this.

  • We understand that things come up. If you must reschedule, we ask that you give us a 16 hour notice. We will work with you to reschedule your session to another date that suits both parties.

  • As stated before, we understand that life happens and things arise. However, we ask that if you must cancel, you inform us prior to your session. Failure to do so may result in full payment for your session.

  • You will receive your photos within 7 days of your session.

  • We accept cash, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, and ShootProof Pay.

  • We do our very best to accommodate our clients. We want every client to be satisfied. During your session, we will periodically show you pictures on the viewfinder so you can see how you look in real time. Please be mindful of your wardrobe, hair and makeup prior to your session. If you are having issues with clothes not fitting properly, hair not being done correctly or makeup not matching, we will do our best to rectify those issues in post-production, but we can not guarantee anything. Please also note that we only retouch temporary blemishes such as pimples and scars. If you desire more in depth retouching, there will be an additional fee.

  • If you are running late, please inform us. It is imperative to plan accordingly the day of your session. For each minute you are late, your session time will be decreased. For example, if you are 20 minutes late to your 30 minute session, you will only have 10 minutes remaining in your session. If you require the additional time, we may ask you to rebook your session as we usually do multiple sessions in one day.
